I am someone to get a second opinion from, ideate with, share concerns with, and someone who'll support your professional progression at every turn. It's like having a navigator or co-pilot, helping you get to the professional level you aspire to.

How it works

I'll bring the same approach that worked with teams across three continents, but this time the tried-and-tested methods and explorations are all focused on you.

We'll work through the messy realities of leadership, the difficult conversations and pivots. We’ll also make sure your achievements and wins are turned in to long term tools for you to keep building your career. And we will make sure your professional growth aligns with the shifts reshaping the creative industries.

I will suggest, explore, challenge, push, inspire and hold you accountable. We will do fortnightly check-ins, or monthly or quarterly in-person meets. This is to say it's up to you and me to find what works best.

It's for you

This individual 1-on-1 coaching is for professionals in the design/agency/product world. Both for highly experienced senior level design and strategy executives (VP, Head of, Director, etc) and practicing designers and strategists with leadership responsibility (team lead, Senior, CD, etc).

In other words, people like you navigating tech disruption, economic volatility or cultural transformation.
