In a different universe I might have become a full-time teacher, carrying on a family tradition. I love coaching and supporting smart people.

Luckily my career in strategic design leadership has allowed me to do a lot of it over the years.

I recently also started offering individual coaching, 1-on-1, to people across the design/agency/product world.

Both for highly experienced senior level design and strategy executives (VP, Head of, Director, etc) and practicing designers and strategists with leadership responsibility (team lead, Senior, CD, etc). In other words, people like you navigating tech disruption, economic volatility or cultural transformation.

How it'll boost your career

I am someone to share concerns with, get a second opinion from, ideate with, and someone who'll identify your professional progression. I will suggest, explore, challenge, push, and hold you accountable.

It's like having a map reader or co-pilot next to you, helping you get to the professional level you aspire to.

Together we'll also look at how your work can align with shifts reshaping the creative industries. And explore how to unlock hidden talent within your team to make the most of these shifts. We'll work through the messy realities of leadership, the difficult conversations, the pivots, the moments when you're not sure which way to turn.

How it works

I'll bring the same approach that worked with teams across three continents, but this time it's all focused on you.

I have tried-and-tested methods and explorations for us to work with. We can do fortnightly check-ins, or quarterly in-person meets. Purely 1-on-1 or occasionally together with your team?

It's up to you and me. We'll find what works best and fits in with your activities.
