How it works

I'll bring the same approach that worked with teams across three continents, but this time the tried-and-tested methods and explorations are all focused on you.

We'll work through the messy realities of leadership, the difficult conversations and pivots. We’ll also make sure your achievements and wins are turned in to long term tools for you to keep building your business and career. And we will make sure your professional growth aligns with shifts reshaping the creative industries.

I will suggest, explore, challenge, push, inspire and hold you accountable. We will do check-ins and in-person meets.

Both for highly experienced senior level design and strategy executives and management (MD, VP, Head of, Director, etc) and practicing designers and strategists with leadership responsibilities (team lead, Senior, CD, etc).
